Founded in 2004, BearPaw is a privately held corporation we refer to as a "think tank" of engineering talent in the areas of computer telephony integration (CTI), voice over IP (VoIP), web technology, and database/reporting. With our headquarters in Dallas, Texas we have a staff of highly skilled individuals spread across the United States and Europe. As a solutions architect Duane has designed and implemented Fortune 50 contact centers for customers across the globe in all the major industries.
